I Want To Be Healthy Again
It's been over a year since I last posted an entry in this blog. My weight has gone up from 290 lbs to 328 lbs. I haven't been eating raw at all. I rarely eat veggies and when I do, they're usually cooked. I rarely eat fruit.
Starting this February, I will start the transition back to raw. I will start eating more fresh fruits and vegetables. Sometime this year, I will invest in a juicer. I will start exercising for 30 minutes each day and work my way up to an hour of exercise each day.
I will post my progress in this blog. This time, I am serious about becoming 100% raw again. I felt so energized when I was raw.
