Still raw, and at my Farmer's Market today. I sell jewelry every Saturday at a year round market.
Took some marinated sprouts, dried pineapple and dates with me. Should hold me over. :)
Juliano's meatloaf two days ago, sure didn't disappoint. It is the bomb! Worth the lengthy preparation. Plus there's always leftovers to freeze, hence fast food later!
Also made some of James Russel's bread, hopefully will be making some delish sandwiches in the days to come.
As for my aches and pains, my bowls are moving again. Not 100% but definitely getting there. Can't beat the raw diet!
