Day 8
Yep, still going, like the energizer bunny ... well, maybe not that strong, but still raw.
My digestive system is moving better already, not 100% yet, but it's much better.
Still been eating very light, lots of times feeling hungry, but it's working for me better, at least that's my theory this time around.
I used to stuff myself, but I don't think that helped. It just made me want more, and not necessarily the good stuff.
Been having green smoothies, salads, avocados, and OJ.
Today I had corn crackers and walnut salsa, one of my favorite recipes.
Been also working out every other day or so. Starting really light, since I haven't done anything serious in years. Never weighed this much either, except when I was pregnant, lol.
Did a step workout for half hour today. I never remember a full hour kicking my butt as much as this half hour, lol. But that was 10 years ago.
