Still going strong. Hasn't been hard either ..... I shouldn't even say that, or tomorrow I'll have the worst cravings ....
I haven't been eating much and I've been eating light, almost no dehydrated foods, and no pies or gourmet meals.
to list todays food:
fresh OJ
coffee
sprout salad with cukes, green onions and red bell
2 bananas
green salad with olive oil, vinegar, nutritional yeast and salt
Been away from home for the past two days, so haven't been able to have a green smoothie. Tomorrow!
