Good evening. :) long time no post. Sorry. I'm still here, just not the 100% that I would prefer to be. I've substituted out bread and I've been having Ezekiel. I'm thinking it's time for a dehydrator & vitamix. To really throw myself into it. I'm going to go shopping on live and see what I can find. :)

I'll keep trying.
