I am embarking on a project in the last 3+ months of pregnancy. I am determined to fold 1000 paper crains for the baby and I am writing a wish I have for the baby (or one my husband or other loved one has) in the center of each sheet before I fold it. So in the end babe will have 1000 crains with 1000 wishes.

My friends want to have a gathering where we string them and hang them though I haven't figured out exactly how I want to do that yet. Folding first. It's very meditative and lets me take a break and focus on the babe and being positive and sending positive energy into the universe for my child.

I think it is really going to meld well with MysticTree's idea of the Jar of Good Things which I can't wait to start! I can feel all the positive energy already and it's making me smile

    Only about 50 so far. I am trying for 8 to 10 a night. I am slow right now so that might jump to 20 once I really get the folding down. Small amounts are keeping me from getting overwhelmed and keeping the project fun!
