A new beginning
Trying to come (slowly) back to raw and back to RFT which was so influential to me each time I have ventured into 100% raw. I'm not great at consistency (with many things... ) but I promise myself to do my best and stay accountable :)
Don't want to delve into detox so I am going slowly. Green smoothies are a MUST and I am trying to do two a day. Would like to upgrade to three but there is just something about chew and crunch as an afternoon snack that I find satisfying.
