Over the hills....

Well....

I've been not focused on nuts for iver a week and i don't see any difference yet. i honestly dont know what I'm expecting to happen! I did think id see something different happen with my body...something...anything.

Id like to lose some more weight, but s major problem I have is my "rack"!!! My entire family is all boobs & butt, so I'm destined to wear the over the shoulder boulder holder!!! I haven't lost ANYTHING up there at all!!! Don't get me wrong...I do like the girls, just wish I could see them shrink to a twin size!!!! Oh we'll! I continue anyway!!!

I think you would see a bigger change if you ate only simple raw but a week is only a short period of time. By the end of December you may see a general trend emerging.

LOL Yes, I am right there with you, only no butt! How'd you like them apples!?!?! I LOVED being tiny back when I was 100% raw. You can do it. (They do shrink along with everything else!)

I'd love to eat more simplistic raw, Mystic. Only prob is that I'd get bored and end up eating something I shouldn't. The gourmet raw keeps It fun for me. I'd hate to go more simpler only to venture away from it, which I fear I may do by letting go of the raw foods I've come to love...

Shel, it's nice to have company in the boat! Of course with all these apples added to yours, we'd probably sink!!!!!

We each have our own take I suppose. I find that gourmet raw makes (there is a better word than that but I don't know what it is just now) me want to eat cooked, non vegan

Really? Wow!!! It keeps me FROM eating cooked, non-vegan!!!! Alissa said we may shift from it after being raw for a while, but I still LOVE it very much!
