Good morning! :)
My two stressful days are behind me at work. The weekend is a different kind of stress, hubby around. LOL He loves take out and I have to be very very careful, on my guard to his generosity and full! Full of raw goodness before something junk food related seems yummy enough to eat.
Fasted breakfast and lunch.
Dinner: LARGE leafy green salad with raw dressing, a handful of walnuts, three medjool dates and 4 olives.
I was looking over a post by ReneeH and saw a pizza with olives on it....got an instant craving. Luckily I keep those on hand raw or sad. I just love kalamata olives!
Same scenario today. Fasting breakfast, eating lunch and dinner.
Working morning and then off for weekend.
