Good morning. :)
Yesterday was my first complete day raw.whoop whoop. I knew I could do it, but it felt great to succeed again. Finally.
This week is very rough. I have to be out of my regular routine. I will be fasting both today and tomorrow. I usually get to come home every day for lunch, but that can't happen. So I am eliminating the worry about restroom issues and fasting. ;) I will eat dinner when I am home for the night.
Yesterday:
Breakfast: almonds
Lunch: large mixed greens salad, walnuts, raw dressing with a couple Medjool dates and a banana
Dinner: broccoli, snap peas and celery with avocado raw fruit smoothie
I ate a lot yesterday knowing there would be nothing for breakfast or lunch today. I still feel amazingly satisfied. ;)
Also, I put away the coffee maker and now my blender holds that spot on our counter. I am making progress! (((hugs)))

Current Weight: 177
Goal Weight: 100 (by the end of August!)
