Hmmm, I started wondering what type of workouts am I willing to do first thing in the morning? The only thing I came up with is full body stretches. And this question occurred to me when I first woke up this morning which was the perfect time to ask anyways.

Gave it a go. It's very calming and no hype to it at all. It matches my mood in the morning.

It's perfect so this will be something I'll do every morning. Yay!! I'm truly happy about this!

Nice benefits from doing stretches is feeling more comfortable in my skin, feeling relaxed, feeling more mobile, and increased circulations in my muscles.

So I'm gonna switch up stuff in my routine. Will post it later.
