I find that I am eating a lot less and feel very satisfied. I didn't notice the change until I was answering the last comment. I haven't in the past felt full on small amounts of food, but for some reason, right now that is the case. :) I will take what I can get.
No time for breakfast.
Today I had a small sandwich (not raw) for lunch.
Broccoli and a large salad for dinner.
I have lost 2 1/2 pounds. Feeling much better about most things in life right now. :)
