car alarm kept going off in the night and then when I got in it to drive to work the horn and hazard lights kept going off. My mother stayed the weekend which has its own set of grump inducing issues but generally I just feel out of sorts with the world. I hope it passes soon.

Fasting today but I must say my heart isn't entirely in it

    Thanks Aleesha. Water fast over for another week. Not enjoyable but this time but apart from a little monkey-mind stuff telling me to stop I can't say it was difficult.
