Day 4: Weight Training
Day 5: Glutes & Stomach Spot Exercises
Day 6: Walk
Day 7: Full Body Stretches
Week 4
Day 1-2: Power Yoga
Day 3-5: Walk
Day 6: Facial Exercises
Day 7: Full Body Stretches
Not in a chatty mood while I'm enjoying a bowl of chopped pineapples as I'm typing this.
On my way to be a consistent workout woman!
