Looking forward to going on my 20 minute walk.

I feel more at ease with this routine. Just needed to accept the fact that going to the extreme in the fitness world is really not my style but something I can do every once in a while instead of feeling like I've got to do it on a daily basic.

Before I go, there's something I want to vent about.....

Just makes me wonder about all the preservatives/chemicals/substances in SAD food that I have eaten in the past (before I found raw food) is what probably makes it basically impossible to lose weight and maybe the reason why so many people are having such a hard time these days.

Back in the "cook from scratch" days and even though it's cooked food, it wasn't the majority with the weight problems and didn't age as fast as we do now.

Been wanting to vent this one out ever since I've became a raw foodist in 2008.

Just made me think that just maybe, just maaaaybeeeee I probably wouldn't have some problems with my health now if I had stuck to the morals of my mother's concept of organic healthy cooking throughout my whole life.

Anyways the point of this vent, is just to basically tell you all who reading this that there are so many unknown addictive chemicals in SAD food that most of ignore, blow it off, don't care, or take it for granted that it's "normal and safe" chemicals because otherwise it wouldn't be on the shelf if it wasn't.

So in this case, now that my faith is restored in being a Christian. I declare this scripture in the Bible saying that even if I drink poison, it shall not harm me in any way.

So basically, SAD food is full of poisons that we can't even begin to tell one another what each ingredient "is" in our products. I was once ignorant and choose to keep my head in the clouds about such things in our food that millions of us eat and feeling that even if we do care, there's not much we can do about it. The food companies have been getting away with this for a long time because of this very attitude I've once had that most us have. Education about what "EXACTLY" is in SAD food will bring about awareness and empowerment to help our society to have the best choices as much as possible.

Anyways, I'm trying to find a way how we can educate others about the preservatives/chemicals/substances in SAD food that would make complete sense to them that we the people need to stand up together and do something about what is being put in SAD food that the majority eats. Most of live in denial about these unknown substances in SAD food, It almost makes me feel that we're lab rats being fed certain chemicals to see if it produces weight gain, illnesses, weaker immune system, cancer, and the list goes on..... Something to compare to.... smoking doesn't cause health problem right off of the bat but eventually does. Point taken...

For me raw food is a way to go for me, and I find that it would be somewhat unrealistic to expect the whole world to go raw at this point. But at least it would be a start in the right direction about being aware of what kind of chemicals we are putting in our body that comes from SAD food, then once that awareness happens for the majority, then I know that raw food will play a big part for alot of people. And the concept of raw food can REALLY grow big from there.

So many of are so in the dark about these substances in SAD food and choose to stay there, probably because the truth is too scary to confront.....

This is my thought I've pondered about off and on...

Hope this makes anybody think twice about we eat and not wanting to choose to be lab rats (because of the desires of our tongues) in being included in the survey of what symptoms we might produce unless one of has faith in God's protection from all these countless of poisons in SAD food...

Harsh I know, but is it the truth that many needs to face up to make a positive permanent change to do something about it as far as the food authorities goes....
