Everyone is different when it comes to getting in shape. Whatever works for each person to get in a healthy shape is their own workout style. I think this is where we get confused. What do you find enjoyable that works for you, not what works for someone else.

I find that I like simple easy workouts, then maybe doing something heavy duty every once in a great while.

Naming my blog the way it is to remind myself to be consistent with my workouts and staying constantly inspired when it's time to get going on working out.


Here's what my workout routine looks like so far and I can always change it up at any time.

Week 1-3
Day 1-3: Buttock toning
Day 4: Stomach toning
Day 5: Upper Body Weight Training
Day 6: Walk
Day 7: Full Body Stretch

Week 4
Day 1: Isometric Lower area
Day 2: Isometric Middle area
Day 3: Isometric Upper area
Day 4: Walk
Day 5: Power Yoga
Day 6: Walk
Day 7: Full Body Stretch

That's my plan for now.
