Fasting Day 1
Well...I've put it off long enough!!! It's time to throw my hat in the fasting ring and give my body a much needed break from nut based meals. I will begin with juicing this morning and drinking Rejuvelac.
I'm gonna do some reading about it today because I'm really not sure how much I need to drink. I don't necessarily trust listing to my body right now.
I've gotten down to one - two BM's a day. So, I think I may be slightly constipated. I was doing 3-4 a day than stopped some time ago. That's one motivation for my fasting. Another is that I've hit a plateau for weight loss that I'd like to break through.
I wish I had a Greenstar juicer, but I do have a Jack LaLanne, so in gonna have to use that. I'm not sure how long I'll go, but I'm willing to commit to one week to start.
I like Parz's idea of Lemon/Lime water, so I'm gonna make a jug of it this morning. I really wanna really do the MC because its easier for me, so I may move over to that after this week, I dunno. I know some people don't like it, but I have had great experience with it in the past and I happen to like it.
I will start with juicing first. So....here I go!!!!!
