Bounty of veggies
I'm still eating up my bounty of food from my show last Friday. I still have 3 Pineapples, 2 Mangos, about 15 bananas, 4 bushes of celery, 5 bell peppers, lots of Tomatoes and Mushrooms, tons of nuts...and that's not even all of it! I went waaaaay overboard on getting ingredients. But, I didn't want to run out while I was there.
So, I cut up the pineapples and put them in the dehydrator cuz I love them that way. I think I'll take the bell peppers and make some Sandwich wraps with them. I feel like marinating the Mushrooms for lunch today with a salad. I have some Pom's in there, so I'll make a nice dressing with those...if I can stop eating them!!!
Fasting is still in my brain, so I'll be moving towards that on my next days off...
