Headache and nausea ...

ugh. Feeling not so good today but have battled in to work on account of having tomorrow off as holiday! Already looking forward to going back to bed. Water on desk. Raspberries in tummy and lots of fruit to keep me going.

Think it must be a mild migraine since I have the nausea as well. Very annoying.

    AAAAHHH!!!! Woo...woo...wooo!!!! I hope that you feel better!!!! Try some deep breathing exercizes...close your eyes and inhale. Hold it for 5 seconds, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Do it a few times. That always clears my head!

    could you be detoxing something? Water is always good. I hope that you feel better quickly. What is the holiday tomorrow?

    Just a day off, nothing special. I do feel much better but I did succumb and take pain killers! Drinking loads of water and staying calm. Thank you two xx
