Good evening. :)
Ok, I'm getting stronger and feel better. I'm sleeping well. I'm slowly adding more and more raw.
Today, both lunch and dinner were raw.
Salad for lunch
Raw strawberry, blueberry, banana with raw almond mylk smoothie for dinner
I haven't had coffee for five days.
I'm getting there. :)
How is everyone else doing?
