RELEASED 8.2 since I began on Saturday 9/15. Not bad for 4 days but I definitely need to tweek some things today. Found myself overdoing the seaveed stuff and raisins. So I will enjoy those items sparingly today. I also need to push for a bit more variety and maybe sip some pepper tea for warmth so I don't cave into some cooked beans or lentils.
Got in a 34min walk yesterday which should've put me right around 2 mi. Going to try to walk run today and go for 40 min/ 3 mi. I've intentionally put in as much as 5 mi on a leisurely morning but now I am dealing with trying to get in what I can during lunch plus still have time for a shower.
Yesterday I enjoyed:
Banana Orange Smoothie
Grapes + piece seaweed stuff
Kale salad, wakame, nut yeast and avocado
3 RAW fudegeballs w/ coconut
Kale Salad, dulse, nut yeast and avocado
banana icecream with pecans and agave
Kale salad w/ same
Too many handfuls of raisins
RAW but again to mych on the seaweed, rasins and probably the avocado too.
Will increase water big time, enjoy other fruits and veggies today.
