I'm doing it!!!
Spent a several hours shopping and reorganizing fridge and cabinets but I'm doing it!
All the way RAW baby.
B: mango slice, pumpkin seeds and raisins
S: water and banana, few pistachios (?)
L: Spinach, avocado and olives with a lil evoo and nut eyast
S: orange banana mango smoothie
D: zuchinni noodles marinating in garlic, rosemary, herbs and a lil evoo will enjoy over a bed of basil
Editing to include that I added stuffed mushroom (ground pumpkin onion garlic and basil) to my planned dinner. Delicious. I've got to remember to air dry or otherwise drain zuchinni pasta if I'm not going to eat it right away. Otherwise it ends up releasing a lot of water and being a little to wet.
