I made it!!!! All raw, all day baby!
I didn't have time to eat at all in the morning and find that I freguently don't. But I am done work by lunchtime sooo
I had a Large salad with romaine, an apple, a tomato, an avocado and green onion ..and some salt.
Then I went to my local raw restaurant and bought 6 blonde macaroons, which cost me a small fortune...should've just stocked up on lara bars maybe?
Then I ate 3 of them on the spot...lol.
For supper I had a creamy mushroom soup from therawtarian.com -delish! ...I feel like I could've done better but it was easy and I had the ingredients and I was hungry and it was raw. I had to do four loads of dishes just get the kitchen back to normal so I really wasn't interested in ripping into something complicated. A green smoothie would have been better in hindsight. But it really was quite yummy anyway!
And then I had the other 3 macaroons.
I realize this lacks a bit of balance, but it's my first day and my only goal was to simply stay raw. Mission accomplished! I walked Past the dill pickle chips, Past the chocolate, Past french fries, did not cook mashed potatoes or anything else...and I made it. It took 6 macaroons, but I did do it.
Tomorrow I am going to have a fruit smoothie...today I couldn't have one because I didn't have enough ripe bananas. ...will also have a salad and make some sort of pate. I might also have cauliflower poppers for a snack...or apples with cinnamon.
