I've been overweight for about 8 years the last 3-4 of which I have been obese. Not sure how I got here. Well yes I am.
Food can no longer be:

Sport
Relief
Companion

Drug
It's to dangerous to treat food as anything other than FUEL.
Committing to 1 week 100 RAW vegan with intentions to renew this each week.
Dehydrator is on the fritz and I may finally reward myself with a new stainless steel one later this winter if I stay committed.
I like to cook and can't see never eating cooked again. Like stiring oatmeal on the stove or making a vegetarian lasagna. Some things just tast better at greater than 118 degrees, seriously. Yet right now I can't even focus on what taste better. I need to focus on what heals better.
So tommorow I will start. It's the new moon great timing for a reNEWal to RAW.
First goal date will be the equinox
and then I'll set another... bite by bite, day by day
I came to RFT 6 years ago. I've learned alot and even made some changes in other parts of my life that i still follow through on. Not sure why RAW has been so hard in the past. But I believe I want it more now than ever before.
Planning mango, pumpkin seeds and lots of water for breakfast and then I'll go shop and stock up for the week.
