Did aerobics today.

Thought twenty minutes was long enough. Walking is my favorite because it's really mellow and gives me an extra beat to my steps.

So for now, doing aerobics 2x a week for twenty minutes. Then power yoga 1x a week and a full body stretch 1x a week.

I'm trying to figure out a routine that is realistic and easy for me to do in the long run. Yeah sure, extreme fitness is wonderful but not for me to do on a daily basic. It's something I would do every blue moon or so.

My attitude is this, take care of myself the way that fits who I am.

Well. i guess that covers it for today.
