Morning of day 2

OMG. I slept until 11 am- which never happens. I feel so rested. I went to bed @ 3 just chillin' & reading one of Storm's e-books and watching some TV show I downloaded. Just opened my eyes. I am planning to make myself a recipe I saw last night- Storm's Tabouli salad. I'm excited to make it & taste it.

Even though it's Sunday I might go to the gym. I also might go to the organic, vegan cafe and just sit outside and have a glass of red wine. It's still raw. It's Sunday and I will allow myself that if I feel like doing it- but we'll see. I definitely have lots of homework to do so maybe I can sit there and do my homework while sipping some red wine. Maybe not though 'cause I have to sing and record some exercises as part of my homework. It's all a big "we'll see".

I feel clearer in the sinuses. I am starting to see a connection between the exercise and the sinus health. I also remember that when I used to train for fitness competitions, I used to take lots of ripped fuel (EPHEDRINE!) and I'd run every morning and lift weights and I was never congested. I think the exercise may have just as much to do with it as the food. When I was feeling congested I wasn't exercising- ad that's true throughout my life. I woke up feeling thin. That's NICE! :)

    Loved your list of what you are happy and grateful for. I think I need to make a list similar to it and count my blessings. I'm enjoying reading your postings and did go to your web site to take a "peek/see." What an interesting person you are. Good luck with your Tokyo engagement this month.
