Morning: cup of black coffee, starfruit (first time I tried one). I liked it, strange flavors, crisp and juicy.

Noon: dried fruits and nuts (raw, organic), Lara Bar (raw date nut bar I found they sell at my school--super exciting)! I also took some organic white and green tea capsules to perk up.

Evening: 2 medium salads with avocado and homemade raw, organic salsa (I had been at school for over 10 hours and had 2 tests and 3 lectures-I guess I was hungry and exhausted).

Didn't notice detox symptoms except feeling sluggish-but I always feel that way on test days.
I am starting to see weight loss in my stomach, legs, wrists and face :)
