Oh, this is great! I didn't plan it that way, but I'm starting back to raw at the first of the month! Anyone want to join me on their first 30 days raw or back to raw?!?!?! I would love to hear from others on their journey.
Ok, last night before I went to bed I tried a piece of my raw bread and ended up eating a whole slice. LOL it was awesome! I was so glad.
I have the fix-in's for strawberry & blueberry pineapple cashew cream smoothie...raw "toast" (slightly warmed raw bread) with coconut oil and honey, or a bowl full of raspberries, almonds, buckwheat and dates in pineapple cashew cream mylk.
I'm trying to decide on breakfast.
Then I have a bunch of options for lunch...greens, kale chips, apples, raw potato chips with nutritional yeast....I'm thinking raw pizza thought based on what my hubby will be ordering.
Dinner will definitely be leafy green salad, tomatoes, raw dressing and raw brownies.
I'm telling you a plan to succeed! I know how to do this, I enjoy it with my whole heart and I have to keep this perspective for just two weeks and it becomes habit for me. It is no longer me willing myself, but rather happy choice. I know this from past experience and I intend to be healthy, happy and full of joy at not only thanksgiving, but Christmas this year. It took me 8 months to lose all my extra weight last time I went raw...it will take me 10 or more this time I've gained back and then some. But that's ok, because I know the tools and they work for me.
