Day 1 Becoming a Raw Vegan

I am not 100% as I am still having black coffee in the morning. I'm a student and it's toward the end of the term and I can't detox off coffee until spring break.
Food Intake:
Morning: mandarin, 2 peaches, cup of coffee
Daytime: dried mango, cherries, raisins and raw almonds
Evening: raw fettuccini alfredo (too rich, raw garlic too potent), salad with Alissa's dressing (yum), mandarin
I shopped at Whole Foods for all my groceries for the week. I chose 2 new fruits that I have never tried before; I think each week I will choose at least 2 or 3 new fruits or vegetables to try.
Today I feel energized and happy! I am terrified of some severe detox symptoms as I have been eating a lot of chocolate, going to pubs for hard cider with friends and drinking an enormous amount of coffee and chai tea lattes. It's the Pacific Northwest way of life...going to be hard to quit.
