Day 3
Morning: A young coconut, the milk and the soft fruit inside (tasted like a mild coconut custard), very good! I'll have to buy that again!
Noon: Large salad with cucumber, avocado and homemade organic/raw salsa, peach
Evening: large salad with Alissa's dressing, cucumber, tomato and a mandarin
I feel a bit better today. Detox symptoms come in waves--maybe I just have the flu?
I have two huge exams on Thursday, so I didn't exercise again today.
