Day 2
Morning: 2 frozen bananas with strawberries and water (I found out later this was a bad food combo); cup of black coffee (at least it's organic).
Snack: Dried mango, cherries, raisins, almonds, macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds (found out later these are not to be combined either). I'm learning!
Evening: 1/4 cup raw fettuccini, large salad with veggies and Alissa's dressing and a peach.
I have terribly dry skin today, esp. on my fingers and when I come into contact with lemon juice???
Detox symptoms also included: headache, nausea, and revulsion toward food. I had to force myself to eat today for fear of slowing down my metabolism to even more of a snail's pace than it is. I feel icky. No desire to exercise beyond my daily hiking around campus and going up and down stairs to class.
