Good afternoon. :)
I have had something raw with every meal today. Tonight's dinner will be completely raw. Large green salad, almonds and dates. Yummm!
I haven't lost any weight, but I haven't really been exercising much and I'm sure with my hypothyroidism, that is a must. But I easily went the whole day without coffee. Which is huge for me.
I am making slow but positive progress. More raw...more raw....and much more raw!
