Third day

Rate this Entry
Third day on water only. Surprisingly I am feeling better and stronger! I will break it tomorrow morning and then be eating all raw. I guess almonds are out of the question, now. Are the other nuts unheated? I have a whole bunch of brazil nuts, hazel and cashews which are advertised as being raw. I'll be ready to eat tomorrow. I have all kinds of delicious fruits and veggies and my hemp green smoothies, dehydrated apples waiting for me to consume. Wow, is it ever going to taste great! Fasting is a great way to kick start an all raw diet because everything taste so-o-o good. I am dehydrating apples at a lower temperature than the directions state. Can anyone give me an idea of what temperature will dehydrate them without cooking them and yet still dehydrate them adequately?

I think 105 degrees is what is recommended for keeping those enzymes alive and kickin!! ;) are you dehydrating the apples just as they are or did you soak them in some kind of magical concoction?? ;)
