Green Smoothies et al

I am not perfect with the green smoothies..I am supposed to be having one everyday. I have had 4 in the last 6 days. That's 4/6 increase in green smoothies though! lol
I am now down 7.5 pounds. ...that took two months and was a two steps forward, one step back process the Whole Way Down. I am thinking that it will get a bit easier and easier as I get better and better at supportive habits to weight loss and so I am thinking of it as a snowball. BUT if it keeps going slow, then SO BE IT. (10 lbs/3 months average is still 40 pounds a year -AND I get to enjoy the smaller and smaller sizes along the way to goal) It has been several years since I've lost 40 pounds, so this is just fine.
The lighter I get though...the easier it will be for me to exercise. Right now, it is pretty hard because endometriosis (worsened by excess body fat) is really limiting what I can do. Like yesterday I did a bunch of housework and then went for a long walk and it caused an attack that was still leaving me tender this morning.
I am motivated to plug the greens and fruits because research has shown that it significantly helps with endo...I am enjoying having green smoothies as per Eva's plan...but am wondering if they will ever really take. Sometimes I think I would prefer a salad. BUT would I make a salad? The blender is Really easy...I do like smoothies; maybe I should just go with a wee bit less greens and do cukes and make a more fruity one. I don't know...I don't hate them either. Right now I am just walking the walk, putting one foot in front of the other, and maybe it will just turn into something. :)
