Good morning. It is 4 am and I haven't been able to sleep for over an hour. I'm enjoying the quiet of the morning. I will be tired later.
Yesterday started strong. A bowl of raw goodness. Blueberries strawberries dates almonds in freshly blended almond mylk.
Stressed and tired at lunch. Coffee. My dark enemy as of late.
But again. I'm not giving up. :). I will try again today to incorporate raw goodness into everything I eat.
