Ok, today was nothing that I planned. Bummer. But! This is not stopping me. I am determined to get back on my little raw wagon.
I was inspired today when a co worker brought in some fresh garden veggies to give away. They have to many to eat themselves. I got some swiss chard, onions and turnip. :) FUN! I am trying to think of something interesting to do with them. If you have any great ideas, please share!
Tomorrow will be day one and yes, I will blog each and every day.
Tomorrow will be different because I am going to bed early and waking refreshed. I'm going to exercise before my shower and have a raw smoothie for breakfast.
These are my early morning plans. That is the hardest part for me. Getting through my morning without feeling the need for coffee. If I have coffee, my whole day is shot. It is a horrible cycle that spirals me towards SAD eating.
These are my goals for day one! NO COFFEE. Exercise first thing before the day gets away from me and a raw smoothie for breakfast.
