Good morning rawbies.
I'm down 3 lbs!!!! Feeling healthier and stronger. Eating more and more raw. :)
Yesterday, I had blueberries, raspberries & almonds for breakfast.
Endive, carrots, celery with avocado spinach dip & a large green salad with raw honey mustard dressing for dinner. Dates for dessert.
I'm eating more raw each day and feeling more in control of my eating.
