I have figured I have about 2 snacks and 2 meals a day..and if I stick to that, I do tend to slowly lose weight rather effortlessly.
I am going to swap out one of the above for a raw meal or snack...well, today I actually did that. :) ...enough cutting other foods out and definately time to fold in foods instead. I am not going to make rules about which meal/snack it's going to be...I have been regularly having raw foods, so now it's time to make them a bit of a mainstay everyday.
This is huge for me to be levelling up again already...but honestly, I am SO over the dairy/chocolate. I don't even think about it anymore. :) ...actually I do occassionally and it is not an emotional experience. I know better though (as I have been here before) not to let my guard down.
If you can do anything for a year, you can do it for life!....I believe that, and won't have full confidence until I cross that milestone. But I am ready for more...and so is my stupid endo, so onward and upward!
