Frugal raw!

I discovered that I could make FRUGAL RAW! available on Kindle and available in bookstores and libraries in the U.S. and overseas in English, German, French, Italian, and Spanish! I also enabled it for Kindle Owner's Library usage!! I was unhappy that I had to raise my hard copy price to make it happen, BUT I love that it will reach even more people through Kindle and the libraries!

This coming also in the same week when I have begun the groundwork for starting a FRUGAL RAW ORGANIC CO-OP in the Dallas area. In my vision, it will be non-profit, volunteer run organization making organics affordable for many more than they otherwise are now. My inspiriation is that of this very thing going on in Houston, TX - Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram's Rawfully Organic Co-op...an endeavor she took on (with 12 friends) while still in college, and it is THRIVING today (years later). She is now feeding about 6,000 people every week! This should be happening in EVERYONE'S home towns!!

Also - I am discovering that my palate is changing...I am beginning to crave fruits! I have NEVER been a big fruit eater - preferring savory and take your head off heat peppers...but these days, I am focusing on coconuts, oranges, pineapples, papayas, and melons; peaches, berries, pears, apples, and bananas...and plums!! AND I just did the happy dance in my kitchen while eating watermelon!! WATERMELON ~ something I have never much liked! OH MY!!
