Giving up the dairy

I am approaching a week off dairy! ...I know small beans, but not really either. I have had a few moments that I didn't know how I was going to get through and Somehow...stuck with it. I think the only thing that helped me sometimes was simply eating other stuff...So Delicious Coconut Ice Cream...chips...but sometimes I filled up on big salads and stuff....sometimes used daiya cheese. I ate fruit sometimes.
Based on my weak moments, I know I'm not ready to take on more change than this...and it's so tempting to try but I just have to resist that and do something different to get there..whereever that is.
And the other advantage of doing this, is I know Exactly what items do what to my body.
My complexion has Definately improved...a long way to go, but I do notice an encouraging difference! ...and my acne is going, going, gone.
I REALLY hope it improves my endometriosis...the gluten-free really did a LOT for it, but it has been getting worse lately and disrupting things on a daily basis. Sometimes, that concern has been the only thing to keep me going....I just HAVE to 'treat' myself and am thankful I know I have other options than a hysterectomy, pain, medications...just the whole ridiculousness of this disease...and worst, the risk of it spreading.
I am really enjoying the salads...I feel drawn to them more and more, the more I eat them. :)
