"Beyond Awesome Attitude is Allowed"

Starting this journal track to down my exercise routine to see what works and what doesn't that fits with my lifestyle and my personality. And to rejoice in overcoming any obstacles along this journey of fitness.
Instead of posting in the thread I started at the beginning of the Summer on the forum. I basically feel like I'm talking to myself over there so thought it would be better to document my progress over here instead.
I'm human and yet a huge believer that all things are possible with God. So lack of faith is a big thing that I boldly stomp on all the time. So here I am once again going strong to achieve my goal to be the fitness woman I've always thought I would be ever since I was a child.
Recently been doing the P90X Hybrid, right now just trying to finish the program.
This journal is gonna be all about modifications till I finally pin down what works for me.
BTW, last night I did some robot break dancing. Geez, I haven't done the dance for so long and realized that it such a great workout! Uh....... could break dancing be my one of my thang to stay fit for life?????
