I've been working two jobs. I work a desk job from 9 to 5 and at a fast food place from 6 to 9.30. Since I have gone (mostly) raw, I was waking up at 6.15 to 6.45am, even after a whole day of work. But two nights ago, I could not resist the chicken at my fast food job and I ate a whole bunch of it, even my coworkers made fun of how much I ate. I don't have to mention how bloated and congested I felt afterward, but the next morning I couldn't get up until 8.15am, which was rare because before I went raw, i woke up at around 7.30 without the alarm. I feel that my body must have gotten used to just fruit and vegetable and nuts, so the cooked chicken really burdened my system to digest it, so I was especially tired the next morning. I've decided to test it out. The following day, I resisted the chicken at work, I had apples and broccoli. I had some papaya when I got home. This morning, I woke up promptly at 6.15am all by myself without the alarm. I'm not tired. My eyes clear and dark circle is no where to be seen. Really, cooked food is bad for the body! I want to share what I've experienced.
