Good morning!
Breakfast: raw pineapple cashew mylk with bananas and blueberries
Lunch: large green salad with raw honey mustard dressing and raw almonds
Snack: two grapefruit
Dinner: yellow, orange, green peppers and summer squash
Dessert: raw strawberry banana smoothie
Starting weight: 180
Current weight 175.2
Goal: 110
