So, I'm going to ramble for a bit. The local Veg organization I am in has monthly potlucks. Usually all the food is vegan, because most of the members are vegan. But it's all like 90 to 95 % cooked food. Yesterday we had one of these potlucks, and I totally overindulged in all the goodies. And paid for it today. I awoke in the middle of the night with terrible indigestion. My stomach is finally starting to settle down a bit, but I don't feel excellent. I feel a bit cloudy headed and I have a slight headache. So, after all that I am not very hungry today and I think it might be mostly a fasting day. Anyway, lesson to me (and to anyone else who's NEW to Raw): to much cooked food is baaaadd.
