Well I started out my day with a sulferic taste in my mouth and then throwing up. It's almost 2pm and I only just finished my first smoothie. Good thing I know what's happening!!! (and it IS a good thing!)

My daughter and I walked 2.04 miles yesterday afternoon and are going walking again this afternoon and also in the morning!

Just now, I discovered something I am a bit upset about - that places such as B&N and Alibris are selling my book for a disgracefully inflated price! I wrote FRUGAL RAW! to HELP people afford this lifestyle - and that's why the ebook is only $7!!!!!! My publisher charges $28 for the hardcopy, and that's frustrating enough! AUGH!!!! But THIS???? I saw prices as high as $200+!!! ICKKKKKKK!!!! NOT COOL, and I have no idea what to do about it, or if anything can be done.

That's okay - new, bigger, and better is on the horizon! Stay tuned!!
