I am starting it in my favorite place. The Monday Fasting Club. I am doing smoothies because I cannot handle the strong detox. Slowing things down. Its working better for me that way. I have been blending watermelon with lemon. It is so frikkn good. My kids made popcicles with it. yummy. I will post my weight tomorrow. Last monday it was 166.5.

I had tons of energy again today. I am just waiting for my slap in the face. I haven't had sustained energy since before my son was born ( 3 years ago).

    OOOHHH!!! Watermelon w/ Lemon sounds fantastic! You said blended, so I'm assuming in a Vitamix? I'm gonna try that!!! Thx!!! :)

    Yes Vitamix. Its the best even the popcicles where yummy. I can't get enough of it. I do cut it and put it in the fridge. I use cold melon with a little bit of water to get it going. I am loving my vitamix so much right now. I tried it with grapes but not so good for me. I would rather eat them. Enjoy.
