So, I added some pics to my raw food kitchen blog and looking over them I wondered how I ever let things go on for so long when I know how to correct everything. I know raw foods are best. I know I thrive on them. I enjoy creating new meals. I love this stuff.

And I was also not as disappointed when I saw the heavy me (now) verses the thin me (then). Because I know that as I begin again, the weight will melt off, I will become peaceful, happy and full of life...it just takes time and determination.

But Raw Works. I just can't believe I was really that thin. (I have struggled with my weight since the age of twelve.) Except for 2 whole years eating raw. I was 113 pounds, size 3 petite...and thrilled to get dressed every day. Thrilled to exercise and eat anything I wanted...as long as it was raw. Thrilled to not count every calorie that I ate or measure fats. I just ate. And I thrived.

That is what the Raw Lifestyle is all about. That is where I am headed once again.

Tomorrow I will start with a Raw Smoothie.
Blueberry/ strawberry/ bananna

Lunch: large green salad with raw dressing
Dinner: Raw Tomato Basil Bisque
Snack: Papaya

Hum. Sounds pretty good if I do say so myself!
