New friends new inspiration

I guess you could say I have a girl crush on my new friend. My new raw friend. She quit her job to make all of the food for her family. SProuts dehydrates. Gardens. Loves wheat grass. Im in awe. To that I have really been inspired after a very down period in my life. I think she was a little raw angel sent to keep me on a healthy track. Our 3 year olds love each other so its a match.

Now I am craving her Kale chips OMG they were so good. I just use salt and nutrional yeast. Hers had pumpkin seeds too. Really yummy.

I feel so refreshed today. Exept for RFT I felt alone. Now Im not. I am not sure if it was all of the nutritious food I had yesterday. Its definitely keeping me focused today. I am so making watermelon slushy today. Green juice for dinner of course. The excitment is running through my veins. P.S. I got a new bike I went for a small ride yesterday. I have to get the kids cart so I can hall them around.
