Ok, I'm tired all the time. Not like a little tired but more like exhausted. Coupled with high blood pressure rearing it's ugly head and weight gain. I'm simply not myself.
I keep giggling things trying to find answers to the hypothyroidism. I've come to discover that birth control pills would appear to be from the devil himself for our bodies. I stopped taking them last Sunday.
Then I read something Monday morning that freaked me out. Our thyroids need Red meat to convert something (forgot the name) into thyroid hormone. Without red meat it can't do that. I was like, "oh my word! I've weakened my thyroid by the way I've been eating!!!!".
So I gave up raw. I tell you. I am desperate to feel good and healthy again. At the same time I dont know what is the right thing for my mixed up little body. I always thought it was raw until I read that article and now I'm in search of.
Agh.
I liked it better when raw was the goal. It simply feels right to me.
(((hugs))) confused
