Day Two
Day One went well, not the 100% I was hoping of, but still strong. I also got in some good exercise and felt much better.
Today's meal ideas:
Breakfast: Honeydew melon
snack: almond butter with crackers
Lunch: avocado/ tomato soup
snack: smoothie
Dinner: Celery
large green salad with tomatoes and carrots
Sounds pretty good to me. Hoping the day goes pretty close to this menu. :)
